OpenClaw reads an avatar from the agent’s workspace. A CoolAgents pack is the art. OpenClaw is where you point each agent at one file.
Steps
Run openclaw agents list and note the agent ID and workspace. Create an avatars folder in that workspace, copy the image you want, and name it avatar.png if you want the default path.
Then run openclaw agents set-identity --agent main --avatar avatars/avatar.png, replacing main with that agent’s ID. Repeat per agent, with that agent’s own workspace and image. Local files need to stay inside the workspace and at or under 2 MB. Chat apps connected to the agent still have their own pictures.
