This Privacy Policy explains how Okkio LTD (“Okkio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the CoolAgents website, store, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

CoolAgents is a digital store for personal-use agent avatar style packs, operated by Okkio LTD (Israel).

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the store and deliver Packs:

You give us

Account details (such as name, email, password or login provider data)
Order details (Packs bought, timestamps, license records)
Messages you send to support (email content and attachments)
Optional profile info you choose to add

Payment data

Payments are handled by our payment processor(s) (for example, card networks / checkout providers). We typically receive confirmation of payment, last four digits or wallet type, and billing country — not your full card number. Their privacy policies apply to data they process.

Collected automatically

Device and log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location from IP, timestamps)
Cookies or similar tech needed for login, cart/checkout, security, and basic analytics

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data (health, precise biometrics, etc.) for CoolAgents. Please do not send that to support unless required.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

Create and manage your account
Process orders, deliver Packs, and keep license records
Provide customer support
Secure the Service (fraud, abuse, unauthorized access)
Improve the site and understand basic usage
Send transactional messages (receipts, delivery, security notices)
Send product or marketing emails only if you opt in or as allowed by law — you can unsubscribe
Comply with law and enforce our Terms / EULA

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account life + a reasonable period for legal, tax, dispute, and license-record needs (for example, proof of purchase). Support emails and logs are kept for a limited operational period unless a longer hold is required.

10. Children

The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service may link to third-party sites or agent platforms (for example, where you assign avatars). Their privacy practices are their own — read their policies.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email or on the site when reasonable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
